Jerôme Thibouville-Lamy Violin

First-class maple was used for this piece from Jêrome Thibouville-Lamys’ workshops in Mirecourt. In the past as well as today, Antonio Stradivari’s models served as the standard for building new instruments, such as this one. The varnish shows the characteristic red-brown color typically found on instruments hailing from the little town in the Vosges region of France.

Its good wood and good condition make this violin an ideal companion for students who want to go one step further when acquiring their first 4/4 instrument. The sound is clear and balanced, allowing for easy accessibility while playing.
